Ryzen 1500x CPU-Z score SUPER low? Overclocked

Hey guys I have a ryzen 1500x overclocked to 3.8ghz, 2993 mhz ram speed in msi bios.

cpu single thread speed- 395
cpu multi thread speed - 2320

According to the resources I've read online the 1500x shouldn't be this dreadfully low?!

Attached some photos, im new to overclocking. Do you guys see something wrong with these numbers? If it makes a difference I am using 750ti.

How is that low? That sounds about right, do note CPU-Z current version changed the scoring due to more core more threads CPU being released.

Your single thread performance is low.

My R7 1800X at 3.85 GHz gets 445 in my sig. for single thread. Yours should reach ~430 for single thread. Perhaps your RAM timings are too tight, leading to wasted CPU cycles on RAM misses. Also you should raise your RAM speeds as high as possible to boost Ryzen CPU performance.

In this regard your Ryzen 5 1500X is 6.17% faster than stock.

Btw, be satisfied with what you have.

ST 400
MT 4542

For quad core games your CPU parallels the top 1800X. That is a pretty neat OC I would say!
