New PC does not POST

Hi,

I recently built a new PC for myself, but when I turn it on, it all looks normal and fine, all fans spin, everything looks the way its supposed to be. But on my TV there is no logo flash or sound from the board or anything at all. I get no BIOS option or anything. The screen is just blank the whole time. I'm pretty sure my parts and components all work together, but just for clarification I have:

ASUS Z170-E Mobo
Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212
i7-6700k Intel CPU
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1080
Corsair RM750x 750 Watt PSU
16 GB Corsair Vengeance LED

Basically, it does not "POST" so any help would be appreciated!

TV may not be capable of the resolution required by video card.

pull the gpu and one ram stick see if you get any onboard video post. if you do see if the mb bios needs to be updated?? if there no post make sure the 24 and 4/8 pin power are connected. on the mb make sure it sitting on top of standoffs and not shorting out. if it on standoffs. and there no post. pull the mb place on top of the mb box with one ram stick see if it post there. if there no post or led showing fault. try another power supply and see if the evo cooler on to tight.
