PC in boot loop after putting AIO Pump at 100%

I was in my BIOS looking at the settings and I changed my RAM Speed to it's advertised speed then I went to my fan control part and I changed CPU_FAN to 100%. My H45 pump(3 Pin) is connected to CPU_FAN(4 Pin) and the AIO fan(4 Pin) is connected to SYSTEM_FAN3(4Pin). Since then, it'll start and my leds will go on but after a few seconds it will shut down and restart again and again. Meanwhile, nothing are being shown on my screen apart a black screen. My Motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-270M-D3H. Thanks.

I did it, took the battery out for 5 mins and tried but it did the exact same thing as before. I also tried jumping the 2 pins to reset CMOS but same. Maybe if you want I can upload a video to YT ?
