Excuse all of the comments, it's an eBay listing. I know the CPU is pretty useless and plan to upgrade it in the near future, and don't even get me started on the 2 TB of 5900 RPM storage (I have an SSD waiting), but considering that it should be a functional build for games still, is it worth $930?

I don't think it would be a good choice to buy from ebay. Better to build your own PC. If you assemble one yourself, you can go for a better motherboard and DDR4 RAM. I guess getting a Ryzen R5 1600 would be worth it compared to the FX-8320E. Ryzen 5 looks promising: https://www.techcenturion.com/amd-ryzen-5/
Also, you can go for a 7200RPM HDD in your custom build. Rest of the specs seem okay but $930 is a little bit on the higher side.

No. You can build a better PC with SSD, faster CPU, better PSU, better case, faster ram, and in general (if that listing is used) a clean, fresh , new build for the same price.
