What Should I Upgrade First CPU or RAM

It's a bit stupid question but i wanna some one to help md out! Soo.... I've decided to build my computer, and I am using my old computer for dat, and when I say old... The PC is from 2007.. To now I bough only GeForce gtx 1050 (gonna be budget build), it rocks with RAM 3GB and AMD athlon x2 64 5000.. And I dont know what to do first.. I guess the RAM, becouse nowdays most of the games requires minimum 4GB and yea... And the computer will be mostly for gaming!

I have a question do you have 2 or 4 slots available for ram? (the total amount of slots on the board)
both the cpu and gpu will need upgrading, however what I'd do is try and find a cheap AM3+ motherboard and get a used fx 6300.
the problem is that the cpu is very low and, and 3GB of ram barely runs windows nowadays.
any CPU that you could upgrade this to, would still be very low end. to the point where I'd call it more of a waste to upgrade.
