I want to put my pc together this Sunday before I leave for the week but I only have around 5 hours to do so, will this be enough time?

It depends greatly how complicated your build is, things like extra fans, and doing extensive cable management can easily make it take extra time.
But cable management can be done at a later time, if you just want the computer up and running, and you're not doing anything too complex, it shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours to build it.
Assuming you have all your tools at hand and your windows install disk ready.
If you have an M.2 SSD in the system, installing windows 10 takes like under 10 minutes.
If you're only using Wifi to connect the system to your network, it may be more complicated because you'll need to have your drivers already downloaded before you'll be able to connect to the internet with the PC.
But downloading Windows...
depends

how complicated a build it is

whether installing windows to a mechanical drive or to a ssd/m2

how fast your internet is for the updates

how confident you are of your ability to build it

so its possible to do it in 5 hours

but last thing you want to do really is rush the build and make mistakes

most mistakes are fixable main one to watch for is bending pins when inserting the cpu

yes youtube will help

though i recommend taking the time to read your motherboard manual as well

as said the cpu is the thing you have to be most careful with when installing it

But downloading Windows updates will take more or less time depending on how new of an install media you use, but you can make a latest one from microsoft's media creation tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Building your own computer is easy. Building it takes 2-3 hours, and installing windows takes about 30mins to 45mins, and after that downloading and installing drivers takes another 30-45 mins. After all that, have it download windows updates at night, it may take a 2-4 passes to get them all.

Installing Windows:

Protip for installing drivers safely, install them one at a time and restart the computer after each install to avoid breaking the OS, which can happen if you try to install them all at once.

Here's a more "modern" pcbuild, it's not as instructional as those ones I linked though, but it shows off some of the more common modern features:

And then managing the cables, which is time consuming, but improves cooling a bit, and makes the finished build look nicer once completed:

Or you could spend 5 hours watching me show off the parts, build the computer with some customization and extras, install windows, and then manage the cables. It would have taken me less time if I didn't stream it honestly, as I was limited to building it on my computer desk where I had less space to work than i would otherwise.
