Probably. It is a very high quality unit with enough power for your system. A high end system containing a GTX 1070 and overclocked 7700k draws ~230w, so it should definitely be enough for yours. http://www.techspot.com/review/1182-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1070/page7.html

Edit: I forgot about the pins. As Rcald2000 pointed out, that Seasonic unit only has one PCIe 6 + 2 pine connector, which means it is not compatible with GPUs needing 2 or more 8pin connectors. This means about 28% of the GTX 1070s are incompatible with your PSU.

What exact model is that GPU? Or, you can go to this partlist (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/B7Lrxr), click 'Choose a Video Card', Select 'GTX 1070' as the 'CHIPSET', and make sure 'Enable Compatibility filter' is checked. All GTX 1070s listed there are compatible.

Its MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB DDR5 - Armor 8G OC or ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Mini ZT-P10700G-10M.

So how much watt is the TDP difference between 1 pin powered and 2 powered pin? Is these extra power pin are only used to power the fan?

So as long as i stick to 1 power pin model it is safe right?
