I have got a F2A68HM-DS2 and I was wondering what is the best processor l can get my hands on. I currently have also a a8 7670k cpu but its not so good with recording game play. I will also get a new NVIDIAl card as well because of the software NVIDIA SHADOWPLAY Which will also make the recording smother and have other options for encoders

O and what is the best NVIDIA card to go with cpu
Thx :D

Ps: do not recommend me a i3 or i5 or an upgrade to a different socket motherboard

No, it's already the same processor as the better ones, just clocked a bit lower so a simple oc will make it the same. If you're using the on chip video you could upgrade to an a10 but your better off just buying a video card than it honestly

Of course there's better, if you want an apu then top line is the A10 7890k, or. If you plan to get a cpu without onboard graphics, then there's the Athlon 880k, just double check on your motherboards support list at there website that those 2 cpus are supported, you board may need a bios flash to support them.

The socket is dead, the CPU you've got is already one of the best available for the socket. Stick with that CPU, overclock it maybe and just get a better GPU (don't forget to disable the integrated one afterwards, I'll get back some of your RAM and your CPU will heat less)

Alright so l will stick with my cpu overclock it turn off the intergrated graphics(Which would put less stress on it?) and change my graphics card to a nvidia card(because l got a pretty crappy one now and it will also help with recording since l can use shadow play)
and l should be able to record games at 720p 30 no problem?

and what nvidia card should l pair it with?

Yeah it wouldn't heat up so much, so you might get an extra 100-200mhz from overclocking. I don't know if it'll be enough, I'm not into nVidia GPUs, but there are plenty of streaming/recording solutions out there, try looking for one that uses less ressources.

Before buying anything, is your RAM set in dual channel? Also, you can overclock the integrated GPU quite a lot, that's why I bought almost the same CPU (7650k)

Stop my integrated graphics in the a8 7670k
overclock it and I'm good to go?
l what to at least record at 720p 30 fps

Well, you might already be able to record using your current GPU if you just get the 2nd RAM stick. But if you want to get a GPU, you don't need the dual channel. The difference is minuscule. Dual channel RAM is only really useful when you use the integrated GPU.
