So i already had a prebuild computer but instead of for 4gb of ram i added 4 more and instead of an integrated graphics card on the processor i added the gtx 1050.So i wanna get a new processor becasuse i dont think that the athlon 5350 even draws out 60% of the graphics card ,im thinking about getting an athlon x4 860k or 880k but im not sure if it is gonna fit my motherboard i have a q1900m can you guys please help me out?

Solution
The AMD 5350 APU is socket AM1 , this is key info as it will control what can be used. Athlon X4 860k/880k CPU's are socket FM2+ so they are not compatible.

Quite frankly, there are no APU/CPU upgrades possible, this is a base budget platform not meant for much more than text editing and web surfing. And yes, the 5350 will bottleneck the GTX 1050. Your only solution is to gut the computer and start with a new motherboard.

By the way, something doesn't make sense, the ASRock G1900M is an Intel mobo while you say you have an AMD APU.
