Hello there!

This is my first time posting here because I really need some advice..

So, I'm planning on upgrading my CPU, RAM, and motherboard. And I don't know what to do with my harddrives. Should I perform a clean install or just try it? My OS is windows 10 x64 education.

The changes I'm going to make:
AMD Athlon X4 880k to AMD Ryzen 5 1600x
MSI A68HM grenade to Gigabyte ax370 k5 gaming
2x 4gb HyperX Fury ddr3 to HyperX Predator 2x 8gb ddr4

The harddrives I have now:
1TB seagate drive (Drive for mass storage)
250gb Samsung 850 evo ssd (Drive with the OS)

I hope I gave enough information!
I know there are a lot of other threads about this, but they didn't really help.

Solution
Yes you will need to do a full wipe and reinstall of windows, be sure to backup any data you want to keep from the ssd to the 1tb segate, then leave the 1tb drive unplugged whilst you format the ssd and install Windows to it.
