Only 3.71gb Ram Usable outta 4gb (Win-7 64bit) ?

I have 4gb Ram Installed on a 64bits Win-7.
But only 3.71gigz Usable .
Need Help !

That's normal for any Windows OS. It's kinda like a 500GB hard drive, the label says 500GB, but Windows may only give you 435GB. Some has to be reserved for the OS as well.

I have 6GB on my work machine, but only 5.88GB is usable. Again, it's completely normal.
