Hey Guys i need a budget build for $200 Canadian Dollars. I Have Already Bought the PSU, RAM And The Case (of course i also bought a Display, KB, Mouse ETC oh and of course Windows 10)

I need A CPU (Don't say the G4560. Its not available in where i live) I Also Need a Motherboard And A Hard Drive.

The RAM I bought is DDR4 2133 Mhz so i hope that helps Link: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00MMLUYPQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and also the PSU is a EVGA 450 BT Bronze Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N9X3F8F/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I Just Need a PC Which can do some basic video Editing/Rendering... nothing too of a beast.

i also don't want a GPU Since i won't Game on this (i have an Xbox One for that)

Thank you so much for ur help in advanced! :)

(Also i want to buy everything off of Amazon.ca or Bestbuy.ca) nothing elsewhere please! thanks!

You are really limiting yourself $250, and no GPU means you are stuck with Intel. The G450 is probably the best for what you are wanting to do. You are probably better off going the second-hand route if your budget is that slow.

However, this will work, but it will BARELY work. I would really recommend saving up and getting an i5 or something as editing will become frustrating.

It can, but if the CPU is powerful enough, it can be completely CPU-bound. When I render my videos, it on done on the software side, and I can rende ra 1080p 10min video with effects in about 4mins on my 6700K

Fair 'nuuf - thanks for the info :)

I think that you are limiting yourself way too much. The g4560 is your best choise. Or 2nd hand pc. For example I just did that last week, and for 220 usd I bought a PC with:
cheap Asus 1155 motherboard (forgot the model)
XFX R9 280X
Intel G2030
4GB RAM
500GH HDD
600W Cooler master PSU
and Cooler Master k350 case
Sooo yes, it's an older platform(socket) but in your situation, I think 2nd hand pc is a better solution.

$300 is not going to cut it as well. With the USD dollar being higher, prices are just too higher. If you were talking USD, maybe $300 could cut it, but not in Canada. Again, being this inexpensive for video editing will jsut cause frustration and you are probably better off getting used parts.

Light gaming as of what? Older games, sure, but for anything quite new, you will need a GPU to handle the. The GTX 1050 is a great starter for light gaming, and can even handle newer games, considering you use low settings, and dial back the resolution.

Hope not to offend you but that ain't true. i have a already built PC with an A8-7600 APU (integrated GPU) and it can run Black ops 2 with no problems on lowest settings... i don't see what your getting at here...

Wasn't sure if you wanted to do high settings or not, but if you are ok with low then go with it. I personally don't see the point of just getting a CPU just to game on low settings. However, the video editing (the reason thsi thread was started) will still struggle. It's possible, but just become frustrating.

Again not sure why the G4650 is not able to ship to your home: https://www.amazon.ca/INTEL-PENTIUM-Processor-FC-LGA14C-Retail/dp/B01NCE8T92/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1497279493&sr=8-1&keywords=g4650

It costs 199$... more than the G4600

The key part being that BO2 isn't very demanding, and it's at low settings.
