TouchWiz on non-Samsung devices?/Looking for new phone

So, I've always been with Samsung when it comes to phones, because they're reliable and they have a big range of phones to choose from and I'm actually kinda scared to change. But lately phones from other brands (mainly Huawei) have caught my eye and I'm thinking of buying one. But I have one problem (apart from being "scared" to change manufacturer): I really like Samsung's TouchWiz UI, in fact it's the only one I like. I'd like to know if I can install TouchWiz in a non-Samsung device, by booting a ROM or something (I don't think using a launcher will be enough). Also, I have A5 (2016) and I've got a bunch of phones I'd like to buy, like the new A5, Xiaomi Mi 5, LG G5 SE, Meizu Pro 6s and some Huaweis like the P8 Lite (2017), the Honor 6X and the Honor 8. I may also decide to spend a bit more money and even get something like an S7 or a P10. What would you suggest?

I was a touchwiz fan too for a while, so much that when my old phone didn't get an upgrade, worked with dev's to port over a new ROM. Move forward years, I gave up, moved on, it's only a launcher and a small,. small part of the phone.
