PC won't boot after new water block(EKWD) installation on Aorus 1080 TI

I installed new water block on Aorus 1080 Ti, followed all water block installation instruction guid from EKWD. My PC won't turn on! when I remove the 1080 Ti from the motherboard then it will boot. I can't find out any good solution for it. Please Help. Thank you.

I have intel 7700k
850W psu
Asrock super carrier motherboard
g skill trident z rgb

Did you test the card before fitting the block?

Yes, it was working just fine for about a month.

try to remove the block and visually inspect the card - you could simply damage the card.
try to remount air cooler and check if the card is working.

Removed the water block. Inspected the card for the damage but didn't see anything wrong with it. Mounted back the original cooler on the card. When I powered on my PC, all the RBG and fan on the GPU were working but no signal to monitor.

have you tried different outputs on the card ?
Try to use the iGPU and see if the card is detected by windows.
if no luck, guess RMA is the way.
