Which game is good for starting YouTube channel?

Hey guys ! I'm thinking about starting a YouTube channel. Which games would be fun to play but also beneficial for the channel ? I have Battlefield 4, Black Ops 3, Counter Strike Global Offensive, currently. I was thinking about buying GTA 5, or Call Of Duty Infinite Warfare. But COD IW mulitplayer get's boring after a while.
What do you guys suggest would be fun but also in the latest trend ?
Any help is appreciated.
Also a few tips would be good. :)

Personally, I'd suggest playing what you enjoy - and have that naturally develop into a YouTube channel.

If you were solely playing games you feel others want to watch and not enjoying it yourself, your 'gaming' starts to feel more like a job.

If you want some general suggestions, I'd recommend playing early access titles & new releases - a lot of people will do their homework before dropping $X on a game.

That being said, tried & true like CS:GO etc will always pull in some viewers. Just find a way to make yourself unique.

Not sure if you want to stream or just upload after the fact, but be mindful of the system resources you have.
An FX-4300 will limit your settings in certain games already - add streaming/recording to the mix, and you'll likely be facing some serious frame-drops and/or stuttering.

Thanks for replying ! Yea I know FX 4300 sucks now. But recording with Nvidia Shadowplay, doesn't seem like a heavy task for it. I really enjoy COD multiplayer, think I would like to buy Infinite Warfare. Anyway, CS GO is pretty fun and and I'm pretty good at it too.
