Current Specs
Video: R7 200 Series
CPU: AMD FX-6300 Six-Core
Power: 350w
RAM: 8GB

I'm not interested in overclocking. I just want to be able to run games like War of rights, Vietnam Rising Storm 2: Vietnam, Squad, and Verdun. with better fps and better graphics. I would like to keep the list of the parts as cheap as possible. I would also like to switch to Intel for performance reasons.

Thank You

Solution
Well if you are switching to Intel, it may not be as cheap as you want. First off, your PSU is low wattage. It will work, but it will barely work. Two, you will need to get new memory, and three, that R7 will probably need to be upgraded. This is what I would recommend. It's pretty much a brand new computer to be honest.

Yeah I know I would have to change the power supply. It also doesn't have to be as cheap as possible my budget is around $600.

You are looking for something better than. Since you mention $600, this will squeeze out your budget, but the performance is worth it. You should be able to play almost any game in 1080 with no problems. Not to mention, you are able to handle many CPU-intenstive applications as well. Didn't include a case sense you already have one, nor did I do a hard drive. However, I do recommend an SSD (at least 250GB) when you get the chance. It doesn't improve gameplay, but it will load files, your OS, and applications more quickly. And they are under $100.
