That may not work. You will need a BIOS update for that H110. I would recommend spending the $10-15 more to get a B250 motherboard.
As far as bottle-necking, it depends on what games you plan on playing. Something like BF1 may not work on high settings using the 4560 as it could create a bottle neck. But GTAV should work just fine.
I would definitely recommend getting at least an i5 in the future to continue playing high-end games as most games enjoy quad-core performance.
