I am on a budget and would like some help from someone who has accurate knowledge about custom pc's. I was wondering if this would run decent and if the parts would work well togther. This is the setup i researched and in conclusion, chose.

EVGA 450 B1, 80+ BRONZE 450W, 3 Year Warranty, Includes FREE Power On Self Tester, Power Supply 100-B1-0450-K1

ROSEWILL ATX Case , Mid Tower Case with Blue LED Fan / Gaming Case for PC with Side Window Panel & 3 Fans Pre-Installed , Computer Case 2 x USB3.0 Port - NAUTILUS

Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB Kit (2x4GB) 1600MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM - Black (HX316C10FBK2/8)

WD Blue 1tb Storage

AMD A6-6400K Richland 3.9GHz Socket FM2 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor AMD Radeon HD AD640KOKHLBOX

EVGA GeForce GT 730 4GB DDR3 128bit Dual DVI mHDMI Graphics Cards 04G-P3-2739-KR

I also bought a 21.5 inch monitor and a keyboard and mouse. I wpuld really appreciate the help to have some support to find an accurate answer.

AMD chips do not work with Intel boards. They are simply not compatible. Also that cpu is way to old and obsolete. You should switch to a more recent platform like Kabylake or Ryzen or look in the used hardware market.
That gpu is also very weak for any kind of performance if gaming.

EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti with G-SYNC Support 2GB GDDR5 128bit, Dual-Link, DVI-I, HDMI, DP Graphics Card (02G-P4-3751-KR)

Im not near any computer stores, im ordering all of my parts from amazon.com. i am on a small budget not exceeding $600. The monitor and keyboard being a total of $125 alone.
