Is this temp too high for an i3 6100 with a stock cooler?

I was playing Payday 2 with my friend for a couple of hours and then all of a sudden Payday started crashing. I opened up OpenHardwareMonitor and the temp was 80+ degrees. I have an Intel Core i3 6100 using a stock cooler and my GPU is an XFX RX470. I don't have any case fans, would that help?

The stock cooler can't do anything if it's just recirculating hot air.

Case fans would help, yes. if possible, front and top. Front pulls air in, top pushes air out. Just line up the arrows on the side of the fans

80c itself shouldn't cause crashing issues. At 100c your CPU should just downclock but remain stable. However, something else in your case may be overheating as a result of not having any case airflow.
