So i ordered 8gbs of DDr3 12800 1600mhz of Crucial ram (2x4)
I currently have (1) 4gb of Samsung ddr3 12800 1600mhz installed but when i put the crucial in PC wouldn't boot, gave me no memory error. I then put back my original 4gb stick and she boot up normal. I have done countless of this wasted money, to no avail. I'm thinking I must be doing something wrong.
PC Specs:
Motherboard: Foxconn 2ABF
CPU: I5-3470 @3.2ghz
GPU: Geforce GTX 750 TI
Ram: Samsung 4gb DDR3 12800 1600mhz

Solution
UDIMM means that it's unregistered RAM and that's good for consumers, but not for servers. RDIMM is registered RAM, good for servers.
I don't know for sure if RDIMM is supported by your CPU/Chipset, but my guess would be no.
likely the ram timings on the samsung stuff is not compatable with the crusial ram
check your motherboard manual as to what slots you use for the 2x4 then 1s you get that ram working try adding the samsung.
if it doesnt work after that then you will have to remove the samsung ram and just run with 8 gigs.

I first put in the Crucial 8gbs of ram it's 2 4gb sticks.
I put both in first PC then beeped telling me no ram was installed, I then put my 4gb samsung stick and she worked just fine. I don't know what to do at this point
