SSD recognized in BIOS but not Windows, also fails to boot from SSD

Hi all,

My Samsung EVO 850 SSD worked fine after cloning my OS and files from my HDD, I partitioned it as my E drive, and I was able to boot from it.

But now, a few days later, I am no longer able to boot from my SSD. When I try, my PC blue-screens and gives an error message (it was an ...001 error code IIRC) immediately after the BIOS time frame.

Now, I'm forced to boot from my HDD, and my SSD is no longer detected in device manager or my disk management.

I'm guessing the OS is corrupted on the SSD, and would be open to formatting it and doing the data migration again - only I cannot format it while it's unrecognized on my PC.

Please help, and thanks!

Solution
If it's not seen in Device manager and Disk management than something is physically bad with it or maybe power or data cables or contacts. Formatting or anything else SW based is not possible in that case. Can you see it in BIOS ?
