hello, so my custom built gaming pc keeps freezing during use. I can play Minecraft anywhere from 2 minutes to 5 hours before it crashes. It has been doing this ever since it was made and it has gotten more frequent (and 10x more aggravating) in the last week. Any help will be appreciated!

12 GB of RAM
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
HDD's: 1TB and 4 TB
SSD: 500 GB (contains windows 10 home edition)
