what is needed for twitch/youtube gaming streaming

ok so like the title says i want to live stream on either youtube gaming or twitch. but im in the dark on what i need? below are my system specs

HP Z400
xeon W3565 which is the same as an i7-960 liquid cooled with a closed loop cooler
16 gigs ddr3 ecc ram
250 gig SSD for the os and a 1TB HDD for the games
AMD SAPPHIRE RX 470 4GB

screen res is a 1080p led TV

aside from the computer and the TV, all i have is a microphone headset that you wear on your head

what else do i need

Webcam can be anything. Most people go with a 720p camera and logitech is a good brand for that. Only other thing is the Mic and finding a good mic is that matters to you. Otherwise as far as the system itself it you shouldn't have any issues with lagging or anything while streaming. Only other thing is having a good internet connection.

would i need a second monitor for twtich or youtube gaming?
