Where to put power sw, reset sw, hd led, +p led, -p led on b250 plus

Using B250 plus motherboard and I can't figure out where the power sw, reset sw, hd led, -p led, and +p led connectors go. I read the manual and I can't find anything. If someone can find it in the manual please tell me where it is and how to connect the connectors.

PDF page 11 describes the pins on the 20-5 pin front panel connector which is located next to the screw close to the SATA connectors.

Really wish they put that diagram in my manual :/
