Basically title, should I try overclocking with this motherboard or is it to dangerous as I've heard people say this isnt good enough to overclock the FX-8350 with.
Is it safe to overclock an AMD-FX8350 with a Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 Motherboard?

Overclock? You shouldn't even RUN an FX-8350 on that board. Its a junk board made for low watt FX processors (the 95w versions).
Absolutely do not overclock on it, and when it gets unstable stock (which it will) you will need to get yourself a good board like the MSI 970 Gaming to handle that CPU.
