upgrading my old mobo / changing it all together

so recently i just bought a GTX 1050TI for my rig and it works like magic, dramatic performance increase from my previous GT 630 (of course!)okay now back to the main problem. Right now im really stuck at an intersection, my mobo are actually pretty old (5-6 years i think, it's a Jetway T161MA, though it still works fine for me) and im really thinking on upgrading this G850 CPU ( this is the root of my low fps :( ) , so i was wondering, should find a used i7-3770 (same slot LGA 1155 with the mobo) or instead change my whole mobo altogether. if im going to change my mobo here's a plan that im thinking: G4560 + z270m mortar (can be upgraded later to i7 when i have the money to do it) / FX-6300 + 970a gaming pro carbon (non-upgradeable coz it's AM3 but this proc should have good multicore performance right? so it should last longer), both of this build will be supported with at least 2x4 DDR4 RAM of course

i hope this build can last me for 3-4 years if not more :D

by the way, is it possible to use my windows when i changed my mobo? coz i already have W10 home ori and i really don't want to buy another windows if possible :(

I use this PC mostly for gaming, not just one particular game though, but im planning on doing some work (rendering video, etc) with this PC later on when i enter college, also im planning on trying to live-stream my games

your better off waiting next year or more for a new mb and cpu combo. intel may switch pin count again on there next gen cpu chips. if the leaks are right the next cpu may have pci 4.0 on the mb. pci 5.0 should be out in 18-24 months. if you want to play games that need a beter cpu look at the ryzen build if your going to build now.

i don't mind waiting actually, since my dough is still not enough right now (otw saving money) but the question is, will my CPU last long enough till the time to change comes, coz honestly, that poor guy really struggles at my games (opening my browser and steam already make the CPU reach 50% on average) opening a GTA V, turns it to 70-80% (no other apps, just Steam and the game) and i can't even open task manager fast enough (can take up to 5 minute) if the game suddenly not responding in the loading screen (dota, csgo, payday 2 works fine coz they are not too demanding)

if u guys think this poor guy can still handle it, i might as well change my keyboard, mouse, and monitor first :D
