Is it worth to buy the more expensive version of a specific card?

As I was browsing, I saw two GPUs of the same model but in different versions (Asus GTX 1050Ti Phoenix 4GB & Zotac GTX 1050Ti OC 4GB). They're almost same but the Zotac is more expensive than that of the Asus' card, maybe because it has 2 fans while the other has only 1, and the other one has higher MHz. Is it worth to buy the more expensive or they'll perform just almost the same (I mean, if buying the more expensive one will give me a 2-5 FPS, I'd rather buy the cheaper). Thanks guys! Sorry bad English. Their price difference ranges from $15 - $18 and that price might be useful to upgrading to a better PSU or other components. Thanks. BTW this is my planned budget rig.
