GTX 1050 Ti fan problems

So yesterday i noticed my brand new GTX 1050 Ti's fans don't spool up even if it's under load and heated to 80 degrees celsius. I've tried messing with the MSI afterburners and Nvidia control panels fan settings but the fans don't spin at all even during startup. Is my GPU broken or am I missing something?

New gen gpus start their fans when they reach 60C. If yours don't spin even in 80C then I would recommend RMA it. Don't even think about fixing it yourself, it's not worth your time. It would be far better to RMA
