Hello I Have A question/experiment what I trying to do, so I know I can have a 2nd power supply just to power the graphics card But I want to make it when I hit the power button it turns on the 1st and 2nd power supply on at the same time. so my question is there an 12v relay/contactor that out there so I can make it when I hit the power button in sends 12v to the contactor/relay that shorts the green wire and the black wire that turns on the 2nd power supply. Thank you if you can help

I think you need to do some more research I'm pretty sure that is how most dual PSU systems operate. You are probably looking for a PSU bridge.

But yes I think that finding a single PSU of sufficient power/quality is a better simpler option. Remember K.I.S.S.

EDIT: not called a bridge. It's called a Dual PSU adapter.
