I want to install a new Graphics Card in my pc and i would like to Know which one would be the best .Also my Budget is around 50-100 USD

I have upgraded my ram to 12 GB.

My Power Supply :input 100v-240v -4a 50 60hz
output
240W . And let me know if i need to upgrade my power supply

That link is to a laptop. Is your case full size atx or is it one of those thin cases? That power supply might run a low power card such as a gtx 1050 but you would be pushing it, nvidia recommends a 300watt psu when using a 1050. So it may power but I would not be comfortable using a 240watt probably quite low quality psu with a 1050.

Actually I leave in dubai and I have checked that card and its a bit expensive over here and my pc is the small factor one but i have an extra normal size case so card size is not a problem but i need a card thats cheap and can play fair games event at 720p will jist do fine could u please check for the card in UAE or dubai in your search engine at a price tag of 300 dhs and a power supplt as well
