Okay just trying my luck here cause i cannot find any solutions nor anyone having similar problems compared to mine.

Anyway, the issue is this: i am able to start up my CPU just fine if i have turned off the power source the night before (not the switch on off button but the actual switch connecting to the PSU). It boots perfectly and without any issues.

However if i leave the power on for too long, i will be unable to switch on my computer at all. Like no bios screen or anything, the computer would simply just refuse to turn on for the next couple of hours. Im guessing the problem lies in my power supply unit and im wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar and has a solution? Other than buying a new PSU of course.

Thank you :)

P.S: I know its just a minor problem that can be easily be avoided by turning off my power supply everytime. But im so forgetful sometimes and it can be quite bothersome :(

I would personally not use that workaround (turning off the power supply every time you want to turn on the computer) as a permanent solution. Doing so may just be hiding one manifestation of an underlying problem with your system (it sounds like the issue is probably with the power supply). The last thing you want is for the power supply to fail and take out other system components with it. If possible, try swapping in a new power supply from a reputable brand (Corsair, Thermaltake, EVGA, etc) and see if the problem is fixed.
