CPU Cooling too close to GPU?

I've just built my new PC, its a small case, so i don't have a lot of room in it (Bitfeenix Prodigy M)
The important components: MSI Mortar Arctic motherboard, ASUS Strix 1080 8G GPU and Ryzen 7 1800x CPU.
I have also bought a Kraken x52 Liquid cooler for the CPU, but now i'm not sure if it's smart to install it because of the tight space in the case. I was thinking of mounting it to the top of the case, and make it pull upwards.
If you look at the picture, you can see the Graphics card, and the space above it that i measured and i should be able to mount the radiator and fans with a centimeter or two above the graphics card.
I was also thinking that it might not be wise to mount it so close to the graphics card and then thinking of returning the Kraken x52, and get the Kraken x42 instead, and mount it either in the rear on in the front. But if i do that, i'm afraid that the smaller radiator won't be sufficient enough for the CPU.

What do you guys think?

It's really tough to tell. You are not very suited for room thee. I use Noctua on my x62 and works wonders, rarely hit over 70c. You could go with it and test it out. See how performance is. If you notice temps are too hot, then you may want to go back to the air cooling.
The 240mm should be good enough to cool down the CPU. You could always replace the fans. I have the x62, but I use my Noctua fans, becuase 1) i paid $20 a piece for them, 2) they are usually better quality than stock fans.

It's really hard to judge from this picture, the angle is off. Not to mention you have a air cooler in there.

I have been using that air cooler while waiting for AM4 bracket for the Kraken..
But I got the bracket today, so i just installed it, but i was really just wondering if it's a bad idea to mount the radiator 1cm over the graphics card?
You can see how close it is on these pictures http://imgur.com/a/A9CeF
What fans should i use instead of the stock NZXT fans?
