GPU coil whine sound trought microphone

I got gtx 960 and in the past 6 months im getting coil sound. The sound on the board is hearless, it sounds like it didnt exist, only the fans can be heard. But when im on skype/discord all the coil sound can be heard.

it could also be a motherboard issue check for any bobbled capacitors or resistors even coil on it with a magnifier and did you overclock this system .

Ok i i did open my pc. I change my GTX 960 with old HD 7570, the coil while is still there. Then i alaso changed my old PSU and the coil whine is a bit silent but you can still hear it. I found out while i was testing is that more FPS i got in game the louder the coil whine is. Since i tested on 2 GPU's and PSU's i'm assuming it's the CPU problem.
