So I game a decent amount and wanted to upgrade this computer a bit, it runs very well and the GPU can run GTA V which is all I need, the thing is, my memory keeps running out and I was thinking about getting about 8-16 more GB of RAM onto it. I might get 16 since I kind of want to keep some stuff up along with GTA, but it depends, can my computer handle it? Can I just change the RAM or do I have to get a new power supply? Will my computer support any changes? I'm pretty bad with computers, hence why I got a pre-built.
Thank you!

While at it, what GPU could I fit in there? If you want I can send a picture of the inside, just ask!

Solution
Get a decent psu for $50.
If you get GPU, I suggest you get itx size to be safe.
I am not sure if your case has any fan. You will need some if you get new video card.

Your existing psu is 300w, if you decide not to change psu, the best GPU could probably be gtx 1050ti

So any idea what is the best GPU I can use? Do I change the PSU to a 500 watt before getting in an extra 8 gb? I just need 8 but would prefer to put 16 instead? I didn't understand much since I am absolutely bad with this...mind clarifying?
