Replace graphics card for ultra quiet desktop PC

I'm looking to replace the graphics card in my ultra quiet Chillblast desktop PC.

I want a new card that will allow me to connect 2 x 27" AOC Q2770PQU 2560x1440 LED Monitors

Somebody has suggested the ASUS GTX 1050 Expedition. Any suggestions?

The desktop is for software dev work, not games.

That works, or a RX460 or even Geforce 1030. Because you are playing games, it will mostly not spin. Or But what motherboard do you have? I'm sure you have a DVI and HDMI port. Why not just use that?

I have to get a new graphics card because there is insufficient space on the existing between the mini-HDMI and DVI input sockets to allow both to be used.

The more I think about it the more I realized an extension would not work if you cannot plug into the card already. My apologies. I still do not understand how you are not able to use all the ports on the GPU.
