My laptop crashes ONLY when I play games. It starts out randomly spazzing out with colored pixels/crazy lines running across the screen, it usually then turns to a black screen for 1 second, and then crashes to a blue screen. It has also done all the screen spazzing, went to the same black screen for a second or so, but repairs itself and it goes back to normal. This usually happens right when I enter a game of League of Legends, so it's not like my laptop's specs can't handle the workload. My laptop doesn't get hot either.

The following are some blue screen descriptions of the Stop Codes that i've gotten.
"SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED"
"VIDEO TDR FAILURE" (what failed: nviddmkm.sys)

Here are some images of what i'm seeing:

I have the newest NVIDIA GeForce driver for my laptop: Version 382.53
And also my laptop comes with: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 which I have no clue what driver I use for that...
I'm just concerned with how many artifacts I get on my screen with a game that should be easy to run with my specs. Is my graphics card bad?

I'm having trouble finding a way to install them without paying a monthly fee for a program. Are there some steps you could give me in order to install the ASUS drivers?

Gotchya, so I updated multiple drivers and restarted my laptop but the drivers still say a date back in 2015 which makes it seem like I didn't update them at all... Anyways, I tried another game of League and it still happened, except not as bad. Whenever the screen tearing and artifacts begin, I can now press alt-esc and they go away right when I click back into the game.

I also downloaded and ran Furmark for a stress test, and I believe it came out fine. My temp got a max of 77 degrees Celsius, and sat at 76 for most of the time when I ran it for 5 minutes. And also; no artifacts showed up and it ran smoothly.
