Mouse moment causes everything to lag

Whenever i move my mouse whatever i'm using lags. If i'm laying a game the fps will drop when i move the mouse but if i just jump around without touching it its fine. browsers or any application do this too. I don't know what could cause this. Any help would be appreciated.

How about refresh rate, v-sync, and triple buffering? Try changing those to see if it helps.


Open up device manager by right clicking on windows start. Select your mouse properties and select the drivers tab. See if your drivers are old and if so update them. Do the same for your universal serial bus if thats how your mouse connects to the system.

Nothing changes in Task Manager. Its every game.

My resolution is 1920x1080 in and out of games.
