Can the Intel Core i5 6500 be installed in the M32AD stock motherboard?

No. The M32AD motherboard is for 4th-gen Haswell CPUs (supported by the mobo's H81 chipset). https://www.asus.com/us/Tower-PCs/M32AD/specifications/

If you want to use an i5-6500 (a 6th-gen Skylake CPU), you would need either a 6th-gen Intel mobo (such as H110, B150, or H170 chipset), or a 7th-gen Intel mobo (such as B250 or H270 chipset).
