After taking out my main graphics card (R7 360) and installed this other graphics card i had turned the computer off and back on, the computer would turn on, But the monitors stayed off. Every time i try and turn it on it does the same thing. I tried umplugging and replugging in the power supply because i thought i did not unplug the power supply when putting in the other graphics card so thad did not work.
If anyone knows how to fix this problem please help me fix this.

What is the other graphics card? Did you install the drivers for the new graphics card yet? Plug the monitor into the mobo, go into the bios and make sure integrated graphics is enabled, then boot into the system and download the drivers for the new gpu. From there you should be able to use the new gpu

I do not have an adapter to plug the monitor into the motherboard, is there any other way or do i need to use an adapter?

You'll need an adapter or another cord that works.
