From Philippines, prices are converted PESO to USD.

Will play at HIGH 1080p 60fps (think Witcher3, Tomb Raider).

Will NOT overclock.

Will buy this June or July.

Help me choose a smarter/better bang for buck/cheaper build.

Intel i5 7400 $187
MSI H270 Tomahawk Arctic $155
AORUS RX580 8GB $280 or Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 8GB $302
Kingston Hyperx Fury DDR4 2400MHz 1x8GB 69$
WD Caviar Blue 1TB 7200RPM
NZXT S340 $80
Seasonic G650W 80+GOLD semi mod $99 or the 550w version

Solution

Here are some suggested bang-for-the-buck builds:

Intel Build (locked, non-OC):

CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 3.4-3.8 Ghz 4-core Kaby Lake Processor (P10190.00 @ DynaquestPC)...

Get a i5 7500 if it's not a ton more usually Worth the extra here in the USA. You can drop to a b250 motherboard and save a few bucks to upgrade the processor. I'd also consider a 2*4gb Memory kit to take advantage of dual channel. The 550w sp
PSU would be plenty for that build

It will cost me an aditional $20 bucks for buying i5 7500. Is it worth it?
Buying a 1x8gb ram to upgrade to 2x8gbs in the future. But if 8gb is enough then ill buy 2x4gb.

Here is a Ryzen build that should save a bit and being a 6 core more future proof. I went with a 750w so it can handle 2 580's if the need arises.

Ryzen Build (possibility to OC in the future, but you can choose not to):

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.20-3.60Ghz 6-Core Processor (P11150.00 @ DynaquestPC)
Motherboard: MSI B350M PRO-VDH (P4690.00 @ DynaquestPC)

Total: P40330.00 (or ~$806.60)

* If you want to play Witcher 3 and other AAA games in Ultra Eye-Candy Details on 1080p at constant 60fps, consider getting a GTX 1070 if your budget still permits (instead of the RX 580 / GTX 1060). If lowering graphics settings is okay with you for acceptable frame rates, then the RX 580 / GTX 1060 is sufficient.

How about his operating system? Isn't Windows 10 compulsory on 7th generation processors?
And why that case?

Thank You! Im strongly considering the Ryzen 5 1600, then choosing a b350 and 550w psu to cut expenses.

Why 3200 MHz RAM for the AMD build though? Thanks

You're welcome.

Ryzen builds do benefit from faster RAM speeds:
