Hey every one I just a built another pc and I used a 500gb ssd for the OS and I have a WD black 2tb for storage and when I go to add a disk portion in administrative tools there's nothing there except the SSD I've done this many times, any way I looked in device manager and it's there any help would be much appreciated thanks.

If the new HDD shows as only the header on the HDD graphical vew, right click it and initiate the HDD. If it doesn't show there, you may need to enable it in the BIOS. Also check inside the case for propperly connected HDD power and data cables.
