Motherboard compatible for RX 480?

I have a GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L, intel core 2 duo e7200, I want to put amd rx 480 8gb for mining. Is it possible?

Possible? That will depend more on your power supply. From the fairly old specifications of your motherboard, the card MAY run in it, but keep in mind that the card uses 16 channels of PCIe-3 and the motherboard is PCIe-1. It's a very bad match; I wouldn't even try it.
