Can I play overwatch at 60 fps hight settings at 1080 and what is the best graphics card to pair with the i3 2100

I found a i3 2100 in one of my old computers.Can I achieve 60 fps on high settings at 1080p? on overwatch and what is the best graphics card to pair with this i3? and will it have any problems ruining new software these days?

Note used to be about if there is a duel motherboard for the i3 2100

you are much better off getting a ryzen 5 1400 setup

combined with a rx 470/570 it would be more than enough to stream overwatch with great fps

gtx 1050 will get you the fps you want in overwatch high settings

K thx I'm going with an rx 560 since they are cheaper and is it still possiable on high settings 1080p around 60 fps with an rx 560?

I'm going to disagree - I think a 1050 or 560 is not quite enough GPU for what you want. A 570 or 1060 3GB would be more appropriate.
