Will upgrade my PC and need your opinions

I have around 15k PHP (around 300 USD) and I would like your opinions.

CPU: Intel i3 4170
Mobo: ASRock H81M-VG4
GPU: Inno3d GTX 1050 Twin X2 2gb
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 8gb DDR3 1600 (will reuse from my old system)
PSU: 600w (will reuse from my old system)

I'd recommend getting at least a Ryzen 5 1400 with a B350 motherboard and 2 sticks 4GB DDR4 RAM. Newer platforms only support DDR4, some even support DDR3L, anyways you will need to buy new memory.
Sell your current CPU, motherboard and RAM and whatever you can and get an R5 1500X or R5 1600 with a B350 motherboard and overclock it to get superior performance.
