im struggling to decide weather or not to get the R5 1600 or the i7 4770K?

so recently my friend is selling his i7 4770K for 200. and for the same price i can get a R5 1600. but then id have to sell my motherboard and ram which isn't guaranteed to sell. the main use of these CPU's for me will be for gaming and watching videos on my other monitor while playing games. which is the better option?

$$ wise and for what you so, the 4770k.

For future,the 1600.

I think the 4770k if it is only going to cost you $200 and pop it in and go.
