I need to find something to connect my front panel USB 3.0 to the motherboard 19 pin connector

I have an mITX build with a Gigabyte Z170N Wifi motherboard, and a fairly large cpu heatsink (Cryorig H7). The heatsink obstructs the 19 pin connector on the motherboard just enough that the case's front panel USB3.0 cable won't fit without it having to apply a rather large amount of force to the heatsink.

I've been searching around for solutions, but the only internal USB3.0 extension cables and right angle adapters are all 20 pin, while both the mobo and case header are 19 pin.
Are there 19 pin solutions that I just have been unable to find? Or would it be acceptable and safe to just remove the extra pin from a 20 pin solution?

Solution
You use it as-is, that 20th cable does not matter, as both the header on motherboard and the plug from the case will just ignore its existence (essentially, it will not be connected at both ends).

I've seen those connectors, but they say 20-pin. The connector on my motherboard is a 19-pin, should I be removing a pin from this cable or just trying to use it as-is?
