So this is a bit weird situation. I dont have very good case or airflow. My psu is on the top pushing air away from the tower and one fan on the back getting air in the cpu cooler(thermalright macho rev.a). I recently bought i7 4790k, asus maximus hero 7 and corsair dominator platinum for around 500USD. It also came with the cooler ( the macho). But after i ran passmark, the cpu got to around 99-100C and just for a second drops down to 50. On idle while even not being on the pc, it gets to from 40-68C. I dont know for sure, but i think these temps cant be normal for a cpu cooler that is the size of my head. I forgot to mention that the fan on the cooler is on the right side, a.k.a. it pushesh air into the cooler.

P.S. the cpu is not overclocked.

Solution
Ambient temps are a bit warm but not excessively hot. You mentioned just getting the cooler and cpu and everything, was it new? If used I'd suggest making sure the cooler is dusted out, you may not always see all the dust collected deep between the fins. Maybe try another cooler if you can borrow one from a friend in case there's something defective with it.

Using the integrated gpu will cause temps to run a bit higher but not that excessively. You have to figure when using integrated graphics there are two heat sources within the cpu, the cpu and the gpu portion so yes there would be a little more heat. Unless there's another issue like the cooler just isn't making good contact for whatever reason there's always the rare possibility...

on idle is something between 0.7-0.8 and on load while running passmark goes up to 1.2

Just changed it and it's still doing the same god damn thing. On idle sits 50C and goes up to 65C. Also tried passmark and again hit 100C.

You said the rear case fan is pulling air into the case toward the cpu and the fan on the cpu cooler is blowing toward the rear of the case? It sounds like the case fan needs turned around, else it's fighting the cooler fan. What are your ambient room temps? Any other case fans? Have you tried checking temps with the side panel off the case and if possible with a small fan blowing toward the internals?

I turner the case fan on the back to blow air out of the case and temps on idle dropped by very little. On load its the same. And these temps are without side panel. Room temps are around 25-27C. Also i have no other case fans. Currently i am using the integrated Graphics if it even has any impacts over the cpu temps. I am going to buy a new case in like a week or so.

Very uncommon but doesn't mean it's impossible. If the cpu is new and has a warranty maybe try getting a replacement cpu. If temps don't improve you'll know it's something else like the cooler, case airflow, motherboard sensors etc.

Yep, I'm guessing the iGPU is the issue, since the same was happening with me eith i3-550. The thing would go up to 100C and throttle to death. Once i got an external gpu it was solved.

I bought it from one friend who was selling his entire pc on parts. Actually i have played games on it before and the temps were pretty good at around 70C. When i took the cooler off it had some dust built up on itself, so could that really be the reason?
