Hello. i recently upgraded my PC with and i7 7700k CPU and 16GB of 3200mhz RAM - When i first build my pc my RAM was only running like 2666 i belive. so i just went ahead and set my DRAM to 3200 and pressed save in BIOS.
Now i can see my DRAM voltage is like 1.5V - is that normal or is that WAY to much? did i damage my RAM or CPU? what should i set it at now? and can this be the reason i have had some trouble booting into windows?

PLEASE HELP ASAP i am so confussed
PS. sorry for bad english

Solution
Yes, you should revert your RAM settings to stock and then just enable XMP. It's a profile that contains all the settings to run your RAM at its rated speed of 3200 MHz.

The safe operation voltage for the RAM depends upon the motherboard and RAM. May I know which motherboard and RAM are you using?
(1.5V should be safe but still you can notch it down to 1.45V and see if you are able to get 3200MHz)
