That motherboard has a UEFI bios, so there should be no compatibility issue. You can verify this by checking your system. Stay away from the GT 730, it's not an upgrade for you.
The 1030 is not bad, however it is costly for what you get. It's in that "if you could spend a bit more" category. If you could spend a bit more, the RX 460 or GTX 1050 give you far more performance for the dollar. The 1030 will let you run games, but it's more for esports, less demanding games like CSGO or even Overwatch. If you want to play more demanding AAA games, like GTA V, you'll want a bit more power. I don't think you'll need to worry about bottlenecks until you get past a 1050 Ti. That's where I'd say it's no longer worth spending more money.
