Windows boots, no BIOS

Strange issue. I made a change in my BIOS earlier today. I have a p8z68-v pro/gen3 motherboard. I wanted to test the lucid virtual software, so I enabled it in BIOS and set my display to PCI/iGPU (as opposed to PCI-E/PCI which it was before). The computer booted fine, but seems to skip the BIOS part. I want access to BIOS for various reasons, but have a new problem.

When I boot, the first thing I see is the windows login. Nothing before this displays. Previously, I would see the computer boot and get the "press DEL to..." screen. I tried restarting while holding DEL (BIOS key). However when I do this, my computer does not display anything, and pressing the power button immediately turns off the computer. This is consistently reproducible. If I boot the computer while holding or tapping DEL and attempt to open BIOS, there will be no display. If I do not attempt to enter BIOS, it takes me straight to Windows login.

Any feedback? I am running Windows 10. Unfortunately when I do the settings-->update & security--> recovery --> advanced startup --> troubleshoot, I do not get the option to go to BIOS. This is possibly due to having an older mobo, I am not sure, but i cannot enter BIOS while in the OS.

Note: I did not make any changes to the boot order or enable fast-boot (at least not intentionally)

Solution
This is just a guess, but I think BIOS works fine, but outputs signal only through iGPU now. So you would need to connect monitor to motherboard to see BIOS.

This worked, thank you! I had previously tried to connect the HDMI into the motherboard while black screened (after it was connected to the GPU) to no avail. However, booting from scratch with the motherboard connected allowed me to access BIOS and revert my changes.
